Our caterers offer a selection of fabulous hot or cold hors d'oeuvres,
appetizers, entrées, desserts, rolls, along with
after dinner coffee and teas. They work with each client
to meet the client's food desires (from the "Gourmet"
Magazine and "Food Network" fantasies to
tried and true food favorites (chicken, fillet, salmon)
served stations style, buffet style or with formal sit down service.
Ethnic foods, vegetarian foods, special diet foods are all within
their culinary repertoire.

The catering fee is in addition to the Greystone Hall rental fee:
it generally includes food and service, china, flatware, glassware,
bar set ups and bartending services. The catering fee usually range
from $90 to $125 per person. Although each catering company is unique
in its own way, they both offer a broad selection of menus
and serve delicious, attractively presented food. Their sales representatives
are wonderful to work with and they all have hard-working, friendly wait staffs.
Under PA liquor laws, off-premises caterer may not sell alcoholic beverages.
Thus, all liquor is purchased by the renter. The caterer provides
sodas, mixers, ice, glassware, etc. and service. The cost of liquor
averages about $10 per guest per event (this includes top brands
for spirits, most domestic and imported beers, and basic
Californian or New York wines and champagnes;
imported wines and champagnes, of course,
would increase the per person price.
