Rental Fees and Catering Costs
Greystone Hall's weekend rental fees (Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays)
generally range from
$5,500 to $7,500 for a basic four hour rentaI in the Peak Season;
rental fees for weekday evenings (Mondays through Thursdays ) generally range
from $1,000 to $5,000.
The rental fee is for the rental of the site only.
Food and drink are additional costs.
Catering is contracted separately with the caterer
Catering costs vary based on the caterer chosen, the menu selections,
style of service, etc.
At Greystone Hall catering costs generally range from $90 to $125 per person.
This includes food and service, china, flatware, glassware,
bar set ups and bartending services.
The food includes hot and cold hors d'oeuvres, salad, entree, rolls and butter,
coffee, tea, and non-alcoholic beverages, and wedding cake.
Liquor (beer, wine and spirirts) is purchased and delivered to the site
by the renter and served by the caterer's bartenders or waiters.
The cost of beer, wine, and liquor usually is about $10-15 per person if ordinary wines are selected.
If select wines and champagnes are used, the price per person will be considerably higher.
