Catering includes food, service, china, flatware,
glassware, bar set ups and bartending services.
The food includes hot and cold hors d'oeuvres, salad, entree, rolls and butter,
coffee, tea, and non-alcoholic beverages, and wedding cake.
Liquor (beer, wine and spirirts) is purchased and delivered to the site
by the renter and served by the caterer's bartenders or waiters.
Catering is contracted separately with either The Jeffrey Miller Catering Company or Feastivities Events
The cost of beer, wine, and liquor usually is about $10-15 per person if ordinary wines are selected.
If Premium wines and champagnes are used, the price per person will be considerably higher.
