here is the bride and groom experience:

“A destination wedding in the neighborhood. Stepping into another time, we felt like we were transported to Europe.”

nd then there is the guest experience:
“Unique, Exquisite, Amazing, Magnificent, Enchanting. Storybook and Magical.”

reystone Hall is an unparalleled site for weddings and receptions. The vast majority of those choosing the site have opted to have both the ceremony and reception at Greystone Hall because of the convenience of having the entire event at one location and because of the beauty of the location for a wedding ceremony – either outdoors on the grounds or indoors in the Great Hall. During the spring, summer and fall seasons, the ceremonies are usually held outside, weather permitting. The ceremony takes place on the fountain terrace in front of the wrought iron arbor overlooking the vast garden grounds which extend toward the fifty-six column pergola that marks the perimeter of the South Lawn.

Greystone Hall’s stately architecture and formal grounds have been the setting for many special wedding ceremonies. Orthodox Jewish, Indian Muslim and Korean ceremonies have been performed on site. The arbor serves as the wedding chuppah for traditional Jewish wedding ceremonies. There have been numerous interfaith weddings combining the beauty of the different religious and cultural traditions of both the bride’s and groom’s families. The setting also has inspired period weddings – from Renaissance to Victorian – and theme weddings including a Halloween Masked Wedding, a Phantom of the Opera wedding and a Murder Mystery Wedding.

eceptions at Greystone Hall begin with the arrival of your guests being greeted with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres served in the mansion and the North Garden with its marble fountain surrounded by semicircular benches. Patio tables and umbrellas provide a place to sit and enjoy the garden.

The main bar is in the Iron and Glass Palm Room. Inside, guests who are interested in our architecture, woodwork antiques and oriental carpets may explore the mansion’s first-floor formal rooms which are all joined together by a series of pocket doorways. The gardens outside and the furnished rooms inside provide ample settings and backgrounds for wedding photographs.

able linens and floral arrangements on the party tables in the Tent-Pavilion define the unique style of each event. Specialty linens in every imaginable color and textile are available through Greystone Hall’s listed caterers or your selected florist.

inner and dancing take place in the custom designed Tent-Pavilion, overlooking the terraced landscape gardens and the South Lawn. Flanked on the east and west by two covered stone terraces, the Tent-Pavilion provides 100% seating in one place for all quests, whether the service style is stations, buffet or a sit-down dinner. The Tent-Pavilion is accessed directly from the mansion by 3 sets of double doors. It is furnished with a bandstand, 24′ x 15′  dance floor, party tables, wall-to-wall gray carpeting, white drapes and white wooden cushioned folding chairs. When the weather is favorable, the front walls of the Tent-Pavilion can be open, giving your guests the atmosphere of garden dining. At dark, spotlights dramatically light the garden fountains, statues and the white columned Pergola to enhance the beautiful backdrop for your celebration.
